Blake Griffin of the Los Angeles Clippers

Blake Griffin (born March 16, 1989) is an American professional basketball player that is currently signed to the Los Angeles Clippers of the National Basketball Association (NBA).

Blake Griffin left college after two years at Oklahoma to enter the 2009 NBA Draft where he was selected first overall pick by the Clippers. Sadly, he missed his rookie season after he he broke his kneecap as he landed after a dunk on their final preseason game. Listed as a power forward, Blake is known as one of the NBA's most prolific dunkers with outstanding leaping ability.

After missing the entire 2009–10 season, Griffin is still considered a rookie during the 2010-11 season and he is currently leading the race for the NBA Rookie of the Year Award.
