Joining Blake Griffin as a West All-Star reserve are Tim Duncan and Manu Ginobli of the San Antonio Spurs, Pau Gasol of the Los Angeles Lakers, Dirk Nowitzki of the Dallas Mavericks, Russell Westbrook of the Oklahoma City Thunder and Deron Williams of the Utah Jazz.

Snubbed for the West All-Star team were Monta Ellis, Lamarcus Aldridge, Kevin Love, Lamar Odom and Zacho Randolph who are all having All-Star stats.

There is still one slot left for the West All-Star team as starter Yao Ming will not be able to play due to injury. Commissioner David Stern will select the replacement.

The Eastern Conference All-Stars Reserves will be headlined by Ray Allen, Rajon Rondo, Kevin Garnett and Paul Pierce of the Boston Celtics, Joe Johnson and Al Horford of the Atlanta Hawks, and Chris Bosh of the Miami Heat. Ray Allen, Rajon Rondo, Kevin Garnett and Paul Pierce of the Eastern Conference-leading Celtics are only the seventh foursome to be selected to the All-Star game.
